The Jewelry App helps you find jewellery designs and the showrooms near you that have them. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number and any message you write, along with the design or showroom you asked about.
- Usage. We record anonymous events such as page and product views, shares, and taps on Call, WhatsApp or Directions, linked to a random session ID, not to you. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic.
- Your device. We store small preferences in your browser (for example a display theme). These stay on your device.
You don't need an account to browse or to send an enquiry.
How we use it
- Your enquiry goes to the jewellery showroom it is for, so the showroom can contact you. Enquiries about a Jewelry Collection design, or about a showroom that is not yet on The Jewelry App, come to us and we pass them to a suitable showroom.
- We use usage data to improve search, results and the site in general.
- We limit how often enquiries can be sent, to prevent spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the showroom your enquiry is for (or passed to), and service providers that run this website for us (hosting, database and analytics), who may use it only to provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
Your name, mobile number and message are stored encrypted. Showrooms see only the enquiries sent to them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete the information from your enquiries by emailing thejewelryappofficial@gmail.com. Prices shown on this site are estimates; the showroom confirms the final price.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
